The engineering services provided by Studio Tecnico MB cover the entire design process, from the feasibility study,
to design execution, as well as the assistance of assembly to the start-up support. Specifically, Studio Tecnico MB offers the following services:

WHO WE ARE
Studio Tecnico MB an internal engineering capacity of more than 80,000 hours per year and is therefore able to meet the needs of medium and large projects. Usually, Studio Tecnico MB operates through Task Forces of engineers, each of them dedicated to a specific project, identifying the responsibilities and duties of each person, as well as a person devoted to the internal team coordination. The use of the most modern hardware and software technologies allow the company to provide , VPN and FTP access to each specific project which facilitates the sharing of data and information from multiple locations of the project.The operational structure of Studio Tecnico MB is composed of professionals with a strong experience in complex industrial projects and that are very familiar with the international technical Standards and Specifications. The Company is one of the few multi-disciplinary engineering companies in Italy that can boast a deep knowledge and experience in the configuration of DCS control systems, ESD systems, SCDA HMI systems and PLC systems.In particular, a Project management schedule is actioned for each project in order to identify the resources to be
dedicated to it and the operative procedures to assure the complete control of the designing and production processes, according to what the quality department of the Customer requires.

The process engineering focuses on the design, the ma-nagement, the control and the optimization of chemical, physical and biological processes through the use of mo-dern computing systems and computer simulations. Each plant is designed according to the customer’s require-ments in accordance to the operating conditions and to the design requirements respecting safety criteria imposed by the standards.

PROCESS ENGINEERING
Regarding the architectural, civil and structural enginee-ring, Studio Tecnico MB employs engineers and architects , supported by Architecnica engineering office with a ten years closed collaboration, who follow the projects from the feasibility analysis to the implementation on site and the final plant inspections. Building Designing:
· Feasibility analysis· Architectural basic and detailed designing· Designing for new road networks or improvements of the existing ones· Cadastral estimates, surveys and paperwork, parcel divisions drafting, registrations and easements, services for expropriation procedures· Construction and topographical surveys· Works management· Safety coordination in design and/or execution phase(s)· Static and techno-administrative inspections.
Piping engineering defines the typological and functional characteristics of each equipment or system, providing its placement in the plant and its mechanical connection. The activity, when developed as part of a revamping, is done through extensive field surveys in collaboration with structural engineers. The piping design is available for of-fshore platforms, oil and petrochemical plants, water and sludge treatment plants, cogeneration and thermal power stations. The services include drafting of process diagrams (P & I), line lists, material lists, technical documentation for the purchase of equipment, assembly plants, isometric workshop, media, stress analysis, practical PED and field surveys.
CIVIL & STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
In Studio Tecnico MB’s vision, the “turnkey” electrical engineering means starting from the analysis of HV MV LV networks finishing with the calculation of fault currents and with the determination of the coordination of protective devices. The multiple analysis tools and the extensive experience gained over the years allow the Company to design systems of large and very large dimensions, managing also the aspects of networking, the problem of interruptibility, and all aspects related to maintenance.
Studio Tecnico MB twenty-year experience has allowed the clutching of collaborations with members of the IEC, CENELEC, CEI committees that led to the issuing of calculation and dimensioning standards in the instrumental and electrical fields even used by the competitor companies.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
Regarding the instrumental and automation engineering, Studio Tecnico MB has been collaborating for many years with leading Companies in the chemical and petrochemical sector, dealing with basic and instrumental detailed engineering, from the early stages of the feasibility study to the sizing of valves, instruments, primary and secondary pneumatic and electric. Studio Tecnico MB has a team of system integrators that interacts directly with the technicians, with the team of electrical designers and with the instrumental engineers, maximizing the programming models and focusing them on the project goals.
