BRIEF DESCRIPTIONEstablised in 1951 by Francisco Martin Laredo, in the town of Torrelaguna, Madrid, where he began as a master cheese maker producing sheep's milk cheese. Due to increasing demand, production moved in 1975 to the heart of Castilla y Leon, in Medina del Campo, Valladolid, because of the wealth and the quality of the sheep's and cow's milk. That is when the company began to produce new products such as a Iberico cheese, fresh cheese and cottage. Our sheep's milk cheese had been honored in 2009 and 2010 with the International Gold Medal, Silver Medal in 2012 and Bronze Medal with specialtie Sheep's milk cheese with rosemary. Our brand Mama Vaca also was honored in 2011 with international Gold Medal to the best 0% Fresh Cheese.EL GRAN CARDENAL and Mama Vaca are brands included under the "Tierra de Sabor" high quality mark (Land of Flavour).

BRIEF DESCRIPTIONCASA DE LA MONTAÑA is a small, artisan family business. It elaborates cured beef and pork meat in a traditional way which has been done for generations. With all the flavour and aroma that the mountains of León offer.

Our main production is cured chorizo, cecina, loin (lomo), salchichón (Spanish salami) and cured beef tongue. We produce wine from our own grapes and try to achieve maximum quality from the time when the vine-stock is planted and throughout its creation to the life of the wine until the bottle is uncorked and consumed.

BODEGAS TORREDUERO S.A, are excellent wines that combine the local winemaking tradition with the state-of-the-art winemaking techniques in order to maintain the typical traits of the region, whilst providing a modern style in tune with current tastes. BODEGAS TORREDUERO S.A. applies strict quality controls from the vineyard to the wineglass, with grape selection before the grapes are taken to the bodega and painstaking vinification.

BRIEF DESCRIPTIONCILLAR DE SILOS is a family-owned wine producer, dedicated to the noble grape of Ribera del Duero, Tempranillo.

The company produces over 300.000 bottles per year from high-altitude vineyards surrounding the village of Quintana del Pidio, where 68 hectares of Tempranillo grow on slopes nestling among forests.

At Cillar de Silos we use our 17th century underground cellars, where the natural conditions of constant annual humidity and temperature allow our wines to eventually reach full potential.
