MULTISWITCH® Compact Image Distribution System

KARL STORZ OR1™ MULTISWITCH®
A compact solution enables the easy and efficient distribution and individual routing of several high-resolution video signals, even without an integrated OR.
MULTISWITCH® offers the possibility to manage and distribute up to 4 DVI sources (camera systems, PC etc.) to four independent outputs (monitors, recording devices).
The MULTISWITCH® unit can be placed directly on the videocart and can be upgraded with all FULL HD endoscopy towers from KARL STORZ.
The MULTISWITCH® features two modes of operation:
1. Mode A (switcher) – enables the simple selection of a source and simultaneous distribution to all four outputs
This mode is used when, during live transmission, an image is switched from various sources and has to be distributed to all connected monitors.
2. Mode B (router) – distribution of any four sources to any four outputs (monitors, documentation systems)
This mode is always useful if a flexible distribution of individual DVI sources to the outputs is necessary.
It is recommended to check the suitability of the product for the intended procedure prior to use.

• Medical-grade routing and changeover solution for DVI-D signals.
• Easy administration and distribution of up to four DVI video signals to up to four outputs.
• Two operating modes – switcher or router.
• Convenient use via four membrane keys. LEDs on the front panel display the operating mode in use.
• Easy switching or routing of DVI-D sources in the OR or during live transmission. The simultaneous connection of a documentation system enables the recording of up to four sources.
