Connected nonprofits with lending, investment and service providers. Developed marketing programs to help emerging markets connect with products. Developed relevant seminars on topics that help several sectors of community.

8. Connect Company to Multicultural Initiatives - Lead innovative outreach.Had more diversity programs than any other banker at the fifth largest bank over a 15 year period. Co-founded Latino Leadership Conference, Middle Eastern/North Africa seminars, Asian scholarship event and Iraqi Homebuyer Initiatives. Led $12 million Indian Center design project. Taught Train the Trainer programs to National Organization of Native American Entrepreneurs. President of Omaha Small Business Network Board, serving African American clients. My supervisor presented my Native American housing legislation to the President at the White House.

9. Serve on Boards for 25 Years, Helping to Make Significant Community Impact Help nonprofit develop an award winning facility and housing program through

collaborations. President Bush visited this facility, a model of innovation. Help develop a small business community development financial institution into a

nationally known model. Found and help finance Midwest Housing Development Fund, a successful pre-

development Low Income Housing Tax Credit fund that has been instrumental in creating 3,000 units of affordable housing. .

10. Accelerate Business: Connect Organization to Referrals. Referred $51 million that resulted in $4 million closed in less than a year. Represent the bank at community events, helped leaders become aware of trends,

making profitable referrals in the process.

11. Influence Development of Specialized Products to Meet Needs Help increase community development investments by collecting information about what is going on and transform it into outreach channels. Pioneered partnership to install innovative financial education software in distressed census tract, together with business mentors. Inspire new Individual Development Accounts, Workplace Banking and Employer Assisted Housing

12. Encourage Small Business TrainingFacilitated Stand up for Small Business Seminars, Women and Minority Supplier Seminars, Business Empowerment Events and Business Mentoring.

13. Support Economic Development Initiatives Host innovative financing seminars, developer meetings and developed

curriculum for statewide conferences. Held the first New Market Tax Credit Seminar in Nebraska, ultimately evolving

into an $80 million investment to help revitalize areas and create jobs. Provided training to help the bank position itself in the equity investment market.
