Therearesixstarlevels(Star1-6)intheYMCANationalSwimProgram.Swimstrokesareintroducedandrefined,includingfrontcrawl,backcrawl,elementarybackstroke,breaststroke, sidestroke, and butterfly. Aquatic skillssuch as safety awareness, competitive swimming andlifesavingarealsopartoftheStarprogram.

Thismodelforourswimlessonsallowsforprogressionwithoutthehasslesofcontinuousre-registration.Swim-mersprogressthroughlevelsattheirownpace.Thefirstlessonisdevotedtoleveltestingtoensurechildrenofsimilarabilitiesaregroupedtogether.

Swimlessons(regardlessoflevel)areofferedin45minutetimeslots(with30minutesoflessontime),allowingyouto choose the time that best suits your family’s busyschedule.Registrationtimeswillbeannouncedfornon-members.
