Arizona residents paid $2,070 to attend the two-year public institution this year – $24 less than the $2,094 charged for 2017-18. Non-residents paid 279.4 percent more than residents this year, or $7,854. Their price tag was reduced 0.3 percent from $7,878 in 2017-18. About 99 percent of the school's undergraduate population are Arizona residents. And about 1 percent are residents of other states. Data shows 73 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 900 students received grants or scholarships totaling $3.8 million and 188 students took out student loans totaling more than $638,470. Including all undergraduates (20,387), 7,592 students used grants or scholarships totaling $25.7 million, and 2,656 students took out $10 million in federal student loans. In-state tuition and fees fell 1.1 percent for 2018-19 at MesaCommunity College, according to recent data from the U.S.Department of Education.

Arizona residents paid $2,070 to attend the two-year public institutionthis year – $24 less than the $2,094 charged for 2017-18.

Non-residents paid 279.4 percent more than residents this year, or$7,854. Their price tag was reduced 0.3 percent from $7,878 in 2017-18.

About 99 percent of the school's undergraduate population are Arizonaresidents. And about 1 percent are residents of other states.

Data shows 73 percent of full-time undergraduates who started schoolin 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 900students received grants or scholarships totaling $3.8 million and 188students took out student loans totaling more than $638,470.

Including all undergraduates (20,387), 7,592 students used grants orscholarships totaling $25.7 million, and 2,656 students took out $10million in federal student loans.
