Unleashing Your Ability to Be a Creative WriterNew writers often allow the inner “editor” to stifle their ability to get words on the page. This can cause discouragement and frustration, making it impossible to write at all, even though the ability and desire are present. Free yourself from these self-defeatist tendencies and learn to simply sit down and let the words and creativity flow. Not to be confused or connected with stream of consciousness writing, we will utilize a time tested writing tool to allow one to learn how to silence the natural tendency to hold back or to focus too much on small details in a first draft. Participants have the opportunity to share their exercises with the class if they wish. Instructor: Georgia Totten$29 IPCPERS203 1Th 10/17 6:00-8:30PM
