Conference DetailsEnjoy this year’s conference in the rolling parkland of Central Alberta surrounded by an abundance of cultural attractions. Lacombe proudly offers a stunning trail system, many festivals and rec-reational opportunities. Walking Tour Brochures will guide you through the fascinating historical buildings and downtown murals.

Enjoy a guided walking tour of Lacombe’s historical treasures. The guide will take you back in time and share stories from Lacombe’s past as you are led throughout the historic downtown and learn about the unique buildings and beautiful murals.

The Ecovision Geodesic Greenhouse tour at the Lacombe High School will feature a student-led tour of the many ways that project is inspiring & empowering students to become ecological leaders. Participants will see their outdoor classroom, garden and edible forest. The tour will also look at composting, solar recycling and greenhouse project. A permaculture area and award-winning Bee Wise program will also be featured.
