Dissemination of results : Cultural Contact Points (CCPs)

Established in 35 countries, the Cultural Contact Points (CCP) promote European initiatives in the field of culture and facilitate participation in the Culture Programme.

They also disseminate and exploit the results of supported projects by:

Press releases on funded projects

Newsletters + leaflets + postcards

Publishing the results on their website

Brochures on funded projects

Inviting representatives of supported projects to Infodays on the Culture Programme

Cultural Contact Points (CCPs)

The CCPs do not play any role in the management of

the grants, you must exclusively contact the Executive Agency for the management of your project

The list of Cultural Contact Points can be found at:

Last but not least

Take contact with Commission’s Representation in your country, inform them and try to involve them in activities http://ec.europa.eu/represent_en.htm

This is even more important outside the EU: Commission Delegations in general have a Communication and Culture officer http://www.eeas.europa.eu/delegations/web_en.htm

Keep in mind the European Presidency cycle: in case you or any of your partners are based in the country of the current or future presidency… take this opportunity to be part of the programme http://www.consilium.europa.eu/council/presidency-websites.aspx
