3. Interpret the Material How can the material be interpreted?
Use several different sources to confirm the interpretation.
The sources should be: below the expected level, at the expected level, above the expected level.
The information must then be compared for an accurate interpretation

How can the material be evaluated?
Does the information make sense. Does the interpretation make sense.
