STRESS REDUCTION Recognize what frazzles you most Keep a journal to track your various stressors such financial

concerns, relationship woes, workplace problems as well as how you react to them

Reduce stress: Try deep breathing, just taking a few deep breaths can help relax your blood vessels, yoga, tai chi,

Anything that keep your mind from wandering to negative thoughts will help

Meditation, praying, reading a book, and listening music Doing things that make you laugh, have fun, and make you feel

relaxed Taking classes or involvement in hobbies like music, painting,

knitting Attending support groups or counseling Main point is that you make time every day to relax and check out
