There is no fee to enter your Crafts. There will be a $5.00 Admission to support Meals-On-Wheels. The Vendor will be able to keep all proceeds that they make from their sale.
Vendors are responsible for setup, maintence, and breakdown of tables. Must supply own extension cords.
I, understand, request the space listed above for Krafty Kids 2018. I have read and agree to the guidelines enclosed with this registration. I understand that I, or a representative, must be present both days of the show for all hours indicated. This rule is non negotiable. Set up is Thursday 4-8pm.
I agree to hold harmless The Community Center of Abingdon and its staff for any injury or accident that may occur during my participation in this event. This includes but is not limited to the loading, uploading or moving of merchandise and materials.

Vendor set-up: Thursday, April 20 from 4pm-8 pm.
Friday , April 20th 10:00 am- 6:00 pm
Saturday, April 21st 10:00am- 6:00 pm
Vendors or their representatives must be present both days from 10 am to 6 pm.
Includes one 6 ft. table and two chairs.
Vendors must submit a completed application and picture of all merchandise to be sold. Duplication of merchandise will be limited to ensure show variety.

Vendors may not sell foods or beverages for immediate consumption in the exhibit hall. A snack bar will be provided.
Two name tags will be issued to each vendor. Please include the names of all people on your application. If more than two people are to be

responsible “Authorized Vendor” name tags will be made and can be shared. These must be worn at all times. They will ensure your access to the exhibit hall.
Vendors may not attach anything to the walls or doors.
Smoking or any use of tobacco products is prohibited inside The Community Center or on the grounds.
Vendors may park in the adjacent parking lot to offer the best parking to our customers.
The display areas will be secured until 15 minutes prior to opening, except for vendors. The building will be secured after closing; therefore, vendors may leave items displayed throughout the show.
There will be a $5.00 Entry Fee to come in and look at the crafts. Money will support Meals-On-Wheels
