3 Secretariats commenced adoption of new Service Desk Platform

EHS continued Helpdesk consolidation, established key Service Delivery metrics and began

work on Service Catalog redesign

Continued Web IA efforts on executing waivers/decommissioning non-compliant web sites

VOIP: 4 EHS Call Centers now live; 145 data sites converted

DCC: Implemented new Wave 1 Intake Process and migrated ANF/OSD

Mail Infrastructure team installing and configuring Archive and Retrieval environment and

preparing for Pilot

SDC Day 1 high level requirements defined and façade demo completed

ITSEC Adopted and began publishing KPIs for Service Support

Progress from Application governance to selected application consolidation

Options of FY 12 Finance funding/chargeback model identified and near finalization

Delivered LearnIT! 2nd PM session and Procurement courses and selected “apparent

winning” vendor for On-demand e-Learning

Executed Communications plan – for targeted initiatives & program messaging

Focus Areas for Phase 3g Milestones – (see following slides)

•Theme: Seeing good energy; a renewal in some areas; looking for a push for a strong final yr-

end phase but developing realistic plans where we’ve seen some slippage

•Complete adoption of COMiT in 3 new Secretariats; Create new/redesigned Service Catalogs

• Web IA teams prepare for adoption of CMS and Portalization or decommissioning of remaining

non-compliant sites

• Complete Rebaseling of DCC activity

• Complete VOIP for 153 sites

• Prove Archiving and Retrieval solution via pilot; migrate DIA; evaluate MassDOT

• Complete SDC excavation and complete detailed SDC requirements

• Finalize FY 12 Finance Chargeback model

• Deliver LOB/SLO and IT Solutions Service Excellence reporting

• Implement On-demand e-Learning Solution

• Execute Communications plan – for targeted initiatives & Program messaging

•Met with John Beveridge and Robert Buchanan on 3/11

•General tenor was getting auditors grounded; helping them think thru areas of focus

•Auditors appreciated the structure and content of the briefing

•Request to sit on an upcoming meeting; (3/24)

•They expect to have scope defined by end of the month

•Interim report will be first deliverable: focus on requirements and plans; later report on

management process

•Expectations will be the requests will flow through ITC Program office
