To begin with, questions have been asked of us in the leader- ship with respect to additions and deletions from the various bills that have been introduced. Once a bill has been introduced and the sponsors' names are attached to it, we can add addition- a1 names. Now what that requires is a suspension of the rules. We do not encourage it. We do not encourage it. At the hegin- ning there are a number of hills that have been introduced by, perhaps, members who have been here over the years, and the
