What is the cost of electricity charge? We are estimating price/kwh to be between N80 -
N90.
What kind of recreational and infrastructural
facilities will be delivered?
Swimming pool, kids play area, creche, shopping
mart, green/sit-out area, multi-purpose space and
sauna/spa.
What is the strategy for project supervision and
controls
External consultant will be mobilized to monitor
client interests. Also sub committees can be
setup among subscribers to follow various project
aspects at high level.28
