Commercial spray is the spray-on application of�ber with adhesive to a properly prepared surface that remains exposed. The application must be impacted in a smooth,uniform mannerwith adequate supply of adhesive, to assure a visually attractive, long lasting application.

The heavy duty plastic barrel with lid has a 48 gallon (181 liter) capacity. The lid, whichprotects the glue/water from �ber contamination, is �tted with a PVC stand pipe,an externally replaceable screen to �lter the glue/water, and a quick disconnect �tting.

The MP-20 pump is a high quality, double belt-driven, self-priming, twin diaphragm pump with 1hp. TEFC 120/240volt 60hz. motor (14amp), o�ers easy, reliableoperation, making this pump ideal for theprofessional contractor.

The commercial nozzle has a narrow, �at ori�ce to increase the dispersing, velocity and impact of �ber. This will maintain a �at, smooth �owing spray pattern which will fullyencapsulate the �bers.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT

Blowing Machine: An all-�ber airlock machine providing a precise metered �ow of �ber and generating su�cient velocity from the blowers to impact material in vertical and overhead applications

Pump System: Capable of pumping adhesive with the required pressure (p.s.i.), capacity (g.p.m.) and smoothness of spray pattern.

Glue/Water Barrel: Container holding su�cient quantity of adhesive or water, covered with lid, protects glue/water from �ber contamination. The barrel has an externally accessible �lter system to prevent clogging of spray nozzle tips and appropriate size, suction, bypass and pressure hoses.

Spray Nozzle: A narrow, �at ori�ce increases the velocity and dispersal of �ber while maintaining a smooth �owing, multiple jet spray pattern which will fully encapsulate the �bers.

Includes: control bypass assembly with pressure gauge and shut-o� ball valve, �ttings for input, discharge and bypass recirculation hoses. The TEFC overload protected electric motor operates on 120/240volt 60hzand supplies adequate power for standard spray-on applications. Larger motors providing higher pressure and capacity are available upon request on the MP-20 pump and M-03.
