List ALL products or services to be marketed/displayed/sold. The following items are NOT ALLOWED to be sold, traded, or

distributed in any way: knives, swords, firearms (this includes toy guns), noisemakers, smoke bombs, tobacco products, laser

lights, silly string, shock devices, drug paraphernalia and counterfeit or “knock off” items). Use separate sheet if necessary.

VII. PAYMENT Please include a $300 deposit per booth with your application (10w x 10d is $300, 20wx10d is $600, 30wx10d is $900). A deposit does not guarantee a contract. Your deposit will be refunded if your application is not accepted. If your application is accepted and you withdraw it, your deposit will not be refunded.

Methods of payment accepted:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, money order or cashier check or cash (Do not mail cash).

NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

By signing this application, you certify that you have read and understand the information in the Commercial Exhibits Handbook (available on-line or by request). Applicant agrees to abide by all Colorado State Fair rules and regulations. It is understood that if you cancel, for any reason, the exact damages to the Colorado State Fair Authority would be difficult to ascertain, therefore, all monies paid shall be retained by the Authority as liquidated damages. No refunds will be issued.
