LOCKSMITH NETWORK
• FireKing’s Field Services Group has been recognized as a Certified Support Staff Excellence Center by the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA)
• 85 company owned field service vehicles in major metropolitan areas
• Service status and updates transferred to the customer care database via the electronic TABLETS that all company technicians utilize daily
• All our Certified Contractors and Technicians are fully vetted and have (1) Required Insurance (2) Licensing and (3) Documented history of servicing our product within Service Level Agreement standards. They have attended company hands-on product training and demonstrated their ability to deliver to our customer contact and care standards

Call Center Dispatched
Access our call center for Time & Material based resolution and/or dispatch of service support on an as-needed, first-come first-serve basis. This arrangement provides you:
• A single point of contact & accountability for all your service needs
• Agreed to set of standard rates for different types of service - Type of hardware (e.g. Safe or commercial lock) - Time that service is delivered (e.g. daytime,
third shift, holidays)
Contracted Services
We operate under an annual, or multi-year, defined Service Level Agreement with set scope and clear expectations of service to be delivered. This arrangement provides you:
• A single point of contact & accountability for all your service needs
• Most economical rates for all contracted services
• Detailed reporting on services provided and delivery performance
• Quarterly service team review to make any necessary program changes
• Annual evaluation and comprehensive program review

All Service is Not Created Equal
We understand that effective cash management is essential to smooth operations and that your specific needs to address equipment failures may vary. In order to address your unique needs we have developed three different levels of service. They are Platinum (same day service), Gold (next day service) and Silver (standard warranty service). The correct level is dependent on your specific considerations.
