5G Modular Shrouds
5G Cable ConcealmentConcealFab’s 5G Cable Concealment Shrouds are designed to cover the power and �bercables of the 5G radio. The shrouds are made of vacuum-molded plastic.These shrouds attach directly to the radio and are compatible with the OEM mountingbrackets.
ConcealFab’s 5G Modular Shrouds are designed to cover the bottom, sides, andmounting brackets of the 5G radio. The shrouds are made of vacuum-moldedplastic. Our shrouds contain custom mounting bracketry that is slimmer than the OEMbrackets and has 10 degrees of azimuth adjustability.

RF IntroductionConcealFab has signi�cantly built out its mmW testing capability. Our in-house anechoicchamber is utilized to qualify all current and new materials for optimal RF performance.
ConcealFab owns and operates an Anokiwave 28GhzmmW phased array antenna. This beam-steerableantenna is used along with a positioner to cut fullpatterns though both OEM radomes and customConcealFab materials.
The ability to cut patterns at mmW frequencies allowsConcealFab to study concealment material e�ects onthe entire beam-steering azimuth of the phased array.This in-house testing allows ConcealFab to correctlytest and identify variables which e�ect performancethat cannot be derived from simple transmissiontesting.

ConcealFab has partnered with 3M to provide a custom mmW vinyl wrap to color match5G radomes to their surrounding environment. These pre-cut vinyl prints are pattern testedat 5G mmW frequencies to ensure minimal pattern distortions and losses. ConcealFab’s 3Mvinyl is UV-Stable and impact resistant to last for years. The prints can be ordered in one ofConcealFab’s standard colors or can be ordered as a custom color or custom texture. Forinstallation, ConcealFab can provide a list of in-market, 3M certi�ed partners that can helpwith installation needs.

Antenna MountsConcealFab o�ers a variety of antenna mounting solutions. Our mounting solution suite iscompatible with our new Universal Cantenna Sleeve, which adapts to a wide range of OEMMounting schemes. The Sleeve and a Mount are both needed at each node.

ConcealFab's 1X Radio Holster is designed to house (1) Ericsson 220x radio inside our SideArm Mount. The radio is passively cooled. A variety of antennas can be used also withConcealFab's Universal Cantenna Mount. This product is meant to be mounted on the sideof a side of a variety of pole diameters and material types.

The 10.75” Pole Top Shroud is designed to enclose eithera cylindrical antenna or a panel antenna. The shroudconsists of a �eld removable top radome section to hidethe serving antenna and a two-piece clamshell lowersection to conceal the RF feed-lines and mountingbrackets. ConcealFab can design provisions to mountthis shroud on a wide variety of poles. This shroud is also available with mounting provisions for a Smart Meter.

ConcealFab’s 14’’ and 18’’ Pole TopShrouds are designed to enclose the radioand antenna equipment of a site. An antenna,radio(s), and power disconnect panel can alsobe located within the same shroud. Placingthe radio equipment close to the antennareduces cable losses for lower-poweredradios. The shroud includes a stainless steelinternal structure with an eccentricmounting pipe to provide maximumvolume for mounting radio equipmentbelow the serving antenna. Radioequipment is kept cool by perforatedvents. Mounting provisions include legs toattach to existing wood/steel poles orcustom �anges to �t replacement poles.The shroud legs are designed to attach topoles between 4” and 14” in diameter.

ConcealFab’s 4G/5G High-Power solution adds a Pedestal Baseunder the 12’’ Integrated Radio Monopole. High-powerradios and associated equipment are placed inside thePedestal Base, while low-power radios and other equipmentare housed within the 12’’ pole itself.

Marketing Support
Value-Added ServicesConcealFab has a history of producing a wide variety of pole con�gurations to match theexisting poles within a polygon. Each pole must be con�gured to provide the ideal 4Gcenterline, 5G centerline, and luminaire mounting elevation. ConcealFab can easily createdesigns using information that is typically collected during the site survey.
ConcealFab understands that permitting jurisdictions often require photo simulations andrenderings in order to approve a node solution. We are experts at producing thesedeliverables in order to speed deployments. ConcealFab can also provide live solutiontraining for site development teams.
