Thanks to the efforts of our 240 employees, over 15 000 machines are produced a year.

THOROUGH PROJECT FOLLOW-UPWe have our own project department that provides customers with professional advice about laundry facilities of all sizes. The department works closely with IPSO distributors in order to offer tailor-made laundry solutions.

BENEFITS OF A HIGHER G-FORCEThe higher the G-force of the washer during extraction, the more water is removed from the linen being processed. For example, a HC165 washer with a 363 G-force will remove signifi cantly more water than a hard mount WF165 washer with a 82 G-force.

A higher G-force will result in shorter drying times and thus in a considerable reduction of gas or electric consumption. The linen life will also be extended. For example, the drying time difference in a 30 kg load of towels can mount to almost 10 minutes.

The chart below gives an overview of the G-forces of the IPSO-washer extractors in relation with the % of water they are retaining after extraction. Although a high spin washer is more expensive than a low spin washer, the price difference is gained back after 2 years thanks to the shorter drying cycles (high spin washer extracts more water than a low spin washer - see chart below) and the lower installation costs.
