Commercial Dispute Resolution

We understand that when your business is facing a dispute you need to

Common examples of disputes that your business might face:

A Customer does not pay you

Your business is faced with unjustified claims for payment or

threatened with insolvency

Payment is withheld or a claim is made against your business

because it is said that your work was not of the required

quality

You are unhappy with the service provided to your business
