Conceptually WaterML2 Part:1 Timeseries (and now TimeseriesML) are realisation of CV_DiscreteCoverage and this might be discussed whether they could be made available via WCS.But I think these discussions are more of a ‘research’ topic and that these TG guidance docs target direct operation by MemberStates. I’d rather stick with the current community agreement to use SOS for timeseries exchange.
