Georgia companies impacted by recently imposed Section 232 tariffs on steeland aluminum imports are able to submit requests for product exclusions to theUS Department of Commerce The links below provide instructions on how tosubmit comments exclusion requests andor objections to requests

US Department of Commerce information on the exclusion and objectionprocess

All comments and exclusion requests must be submitted at Regulationsgov

Companies are also able to request product exclusions from Section 301 tariffsthat went into effect July 6th for specific imports from China Requests will beaccepted until October 9 2018 For further information on Section 301 tariffsplease refer to the recent press release issued by the Office of the United States

Georgia companies impacted by recently imposed Section 232 tariffs on steeland aluminum imports are able to submit requests for product exclusions to theUS Department of Commerce The links below provide instructions on how tosubmit comments exclusion requests andor objections to requests

All comments and exclusion requests must be submitted at Regulationsgov

Companies are also able to request product exclusions from Section 301 tariffsthat went into effect July 6th for specific imports from China Requests will beaccepted until October 9 2018 For further information on Section 301 tariffsplease refer to the recent press release issued by the Office of the United States
