� Large state-of-the-art lecture hall, faculty and GTA office space to the east of the existing BSB.

Avenir Museum Expansion Projected Completion: December 2014

� Addition to the UCA annex building consisting of galleries, classroom space, offices and expanded conservation laboratory and storage for collections. The existing gallery space in the UCA will remain, providing a variety of galleries to showcase historic and contemporary clothing, fashion and textiles, and ethnographic or cultural clothing and textiles.

Mason Street BRTProjected Completion: Fall 2014

� City initiated rapid bus transit and bike trail on Mason Street, from Harmony Road north to the Transit Center on Cherry Street; two major BRT stops at Prospect Street and at University Avenue.

Laurel VillageProjected Completion: May 2014

� State-of-the-art undergraduate housing facility to accommodate over 600 students; Natural Sciences living/learning community.

Eddy Hall RevitalizationProjected Completion: December 2014

� ADA life safety and energy efficiency upgrades; improved building aesthetics; upgrades to main building entrance and entry plaza upgrades.

Animal Sciences RevitalizationProjected Completion: January 2014

Lory Student Center Revitalization Projected Completion: August 2014

� Improve building infrastructure and systems; organize and highlight Student Diversity Programs and Services; expand ballrooms, dining and food venues, meeting rooms, and student public spaces.

Engineering IIProjected Completion: June 2013

� Interdisciplinary research laboratories; teaching laboratories; classrooms; faculty offices; Student Success Center. Faculty and students work in teams focused on energy, health and the environment.

Early Childhood CenterProjected Completion: January 2013

� Historic Washington Elementary School renovated to accommodate increased enrollment and broader age group, infant and toddler programming.

� Expanded concourses; improved concession areas; meeting rooms on main level; training room additions on lower level; rehabilitation room; hydrotherapy room; and improved locker rooms.

Student Recreation CenterCompleted: August 2010

� Two climbing walls, bouldering area and cave, new fitness studios, new MAC gym, refurbished indoor track, new entrance and lobby with lounge and smoothie bar, renovated pool including 12 foot climbing wall, spa, current channel, and 4 lane lap area in a state-of-the-art, LEED Gold building.

Chemistry Room A103 Classroom upgradesCompleted: Summer 2011

Alder Hall AdditionCompleted: August 2012

� Classroom and office addition for the CSU-INTO program to accommodate international student enrollment (both graduate and undergraduate) of approximately 350 students in Fall 2012; anticipated to grow to 1000 students by 2017.

Lake Street Parking GarageCompleted: January 2011

� 900 space parking structure with retail market and sandwich shop; solar panel arrays on the top floor. One of a few gargages to achieve LEED Gold.

Behavioral Sciences Completed: August 2010

� Large IMAX quality lecture hall; 3 large classrooms with one 3D capable; student study rooms; coffee bar, lounge area, and outdoor patio in a state-of-the-art, LEED Gold building.

� 24/7 study cube addition; complete renovation of library interior; assistive technology rooms; largest computer lab on campus; video studios and editing bays; computer classrooms; upgraded help desks; laptop checkout; and new coffee bar.
