Tzatziki – Talatouri • Ingredients• 500g strained yoghurt• 2-4 cucumbers• 1 tooth of garlic• ½ spoon mint• ½ spoon salt
Wash the cucumbers.
Peel the cucumbers.
Peel the garlic tooth and slice in small cubes.
Slice the cucumbers in very small pieces, add salt and allow 5 minutes to drain.
Take a bowl and put the strained yoghurt. Stir to become creamy.
Add the cucumbers and the garlic.
Stir until they become one.
Serve in a platter.
Decorate with mint…
