INCREASE LAB CAPACITY UP TO 600 SAMPLES PER HOUR

Industry-Leading Capabilities for Payment and Dairy Herd Improvement Laboratories

Features and Benefits of the CombiScope FTIR

300-600 samples per hour – by decreasing the turnaround time, it easily increases laboratory capabilities, services, and profits by combining payment and dairy herd improvement samples simultaneously

Patented interferometer – ensures accuracy of results and minimizes maintenance and calibration costs for component analysis

Somatic cell counter – uses an intense LED light source that completely eliminates all alignment adjustments of the source

Technology for Success

Our somatic cell counter incorporates a double photomultiplier that counts twice each cell and provides a value on the quality of each analysis; the LED light source eliminates all adjustments of the source, DAPI stains somatic cells accurately and is classified as nontoxic.

The advanced design of the Dynascan™ interferometer does not need dynamic alignment corrections to compensate for errors typical of linear mirror movement systems. OpticGuard™ technology isolates the spectrometer from external environmental effects, while two molecular sieve desiccant cartridges ensure an optimal and stable internal environment.

The sample transport system has sensors that identify samples with insufficient intake temperature and/or volume in advance and is able to skip unfit samples, speeding the routine analyses. The linear electromagnetic sampling system does not suffer mechanical wear and incorporates an automatic tray for collecting waste from the cleaning cycles.

Sample transport system is compatible with barcodes or RFID tags and has sensors that monitor sample’s intake volume and temperature.

CombiScope Client Software (CCS) is a modern interface with simple and intuitive operation, data handling, and transfer. It can be customized to the needs of your laboratory. Multiple warnings and alarms assist the operator with monitoring and evaluating sample characteristics and system performance, immediately notifying when these preestablished conditions are not being met.

Multiple international certifications such as ICAR, FDA, and MicroVal operate in accordance with the AOAC, IDF, and FDA guidelines.
