Develop a Prevention Strategic Plan
1. Look at needs, objectives, resources and data in development of your strategic plan
2. Select programs, policies and/or practices to be used
3. Emphasis on programs, policies and/or practices based on evidence

5. Create a long-term strategy to sustain policies, programs, and practices

• Implementation of the framework will transform and help sustain prevention infrastructure
• Data-Driven Decision Making
• Change is measured at the community level
• Communities must participate in state-wide goal of changing underage drinking-related problems.
• Youth, K-12 school and higher education are key community stakeholders to engage in CPP implementation
