Color Interpretation

The following descriptions of the aura colours can give you a general insight into

interpretation of auras. Please be aware of the fact that colors, as well as shapes and

combinations of colors play an imminent role in aura interpretation. The right sideshows the male active energy while the left side indicates the female passive energy.

The meaning of the different segments is explained as a part of our training program.

Also bear in mind that these color definitions do not apply to children.

Red: desire, vitality, power, the urge to win, to have success,

intensity of experience, action, doing, love of sports, struggle,

competition, force of will, leadership, strength, courage, passion,

eroticism, earthiness, practicality, desire for possessions, sense of

adventure, the survival instinct. A majority of young children and

teenagers especially boys, have bright red auras.

Orange: creativity, the emotions, confidence, ability to relate to

others in an open and friendly manner, sociability, intuition or gut

feeling. The ability to reach out and extend one's self towards others.

Many talented sales people, entrepreneurs, and people who deal with

the public have orange auras.

Yellow: sunny and enthusiastic, cheerful, bright, great sense of

humour and fun, optimism, intellectuality, openness to new ideas,

happiness, warmth, and relaxation. Uninhibited expansiveness, release

of burdens, problems and restrictions. Talent for organization. Hope

and expectation, inspiration. People with yellow auras encourage and

support others by naturally being themselves; they radiate like the sun

and they also may have a great ability to analyze complex concepts.

Green: perseverance, tenacity, firmness, patience, sense of

responsibility and service, self assertiveness, high ideals and

aspirations, dedication, puts high value on work and career. Ambitious

desire for respectability and personal attainment, deeply focused and

adaptable. Green is also the color of growth and of dedicated parents,

social workers, counsellors, psychologists, and other persons focusing

on creating positive change in the world.

Blue: Depth of feeling, devotion, loyalty, trust, desire to

communicate. Puts great importance on personal relationships.

Empathic. May be a dreamer or have artistic ability. Possibly tend to

put the needs of others before their own and may have the ability to

meditate, and live in the moment. Blue may be emotionally sensitive,

intuitive, inwardly focused, may enjoy solitude, non-competitiveactivities, be receptive and desire unity, peace, love and affection in

relationships with others. They need a calm and tranquil environment.

You'll find many blue artists, poets, writers, musicians, philosophers,

serious students, spiritual seekers, and people looking for truth, justice

and beauty in everything.

Violet or Purple: magical, original, tends to be unconventional, often

has psychic abilities, unusual charisma and charm, the uncommon

ability to make their dreams come true, or manifest their desires in the

material world, wish to charm and delight others and can easily

connect with higher planes of consciousness. Playful, nonjudgmental,tolerant of others' eccentricities. Sensitive and compassionate. People

who have purple auras appreciate tenderness and kindness in others.

Not especially practical, they tend to prefer to live in a dream world of

their own creation. You'll find many "violet or purple" entertainers,

movie stars, free thinkers, visionaries, revolutionaries, and otherwise

singular and magnetic individuals. Dark violet could indicate a need to

take charge of their life, or perhaps, that the person needs time to

spiritually ground himself or herself.

White: spiritually motivated, the ability to be open and receptive tothe divine, or spiritual world. Can merge with ALL THAT IS.

Probably unconcerned with worldly matters or ambition. Inner

illumination, cosmic wisdom characterizes the white energy. Young

children, energy workers, and people who meditate intensely often will

show bright white in their auras. Generally, white does not often

appear in the auras of adults.

Sometimes very strange and mysterious images, patterns, and shapes appear on the aura

photos which defy explanation. It's all part of the great mystery of life. You may

encounter an image just as implausible and fantastic as this! Enjoy your auraadventures!

WinAura Sensor, key and software

Computer

Any 300 MHz or faster Intel or AMD-based PC. With Windows 98 or newer, the

faster the better. For ease of use and best results use a computer with a serial port, a

parallel port, and two or more USB ports.

Video camera

WinAura is compatible with most modem USB-port "Webcam" cameras. Quantum

or Creative Live Ultra webcams are recommended for Laptops. A black

background is best for the moving aura. The Logitech Quick Cam Pro 4000 camera

will work but once it is installed you cannot use any other camera, as Logitech will

put a virus type with the camera driver. Avoid the cheapest cameras, as their

picture quality is often poor. Most video devices having a "WDM Compatible

software driver" at least 640X480 Resolution will work.

Printer (color)

For best results use an Epson. Canon, and Hewlett-Packard and most printers willwork. The better printers have a higher dot-per-inch resolution that really helps

with snapshot prints. The Epsons, being top-loaders, will be easier to print

snapshots with. The Cannon IP500 or IP5200 are also good.

What is an AURA? In the temporary use of language there is the word "Aura", but

the meaning can be quite different. For many people, the Aura is only the radiance of

human beings. For scientists, it is a concrete, existing energy field that surround living

creatures. The Aura is formed by subtle color radiances which surround the body of a

human being. These radiances can be perceived by a psychic. Each color signifies a

certain vibration which has different meanings. The Aura, which is connected with the

activity of the chakra (Sanskrit for "energy wheel"), reflects the individual state of

consciousness. In that case, the colors of the Aura give us information about the quality

of consciousness, as well as one's emotions, thoughts, abilities and the vital energies of

a person. The history of Auras goes far back into the past. Natural tribes, the ChristianMystics of the Middle Ages, painters, and artists of all ages have shown the Aura in a

radiant, shining ray of lights around human being, animal or plant. This information,

How Does Aura photography Work?

The human being is a complex organism, full of emotion, intelligence and spirit, and

these qualities are reflected in his or her energy field, or Aura. One's Aura can change

from time to time, as a result of ones own experiences and views on life. However, the

overall aura can remain the same, or can be subject to major changes.

Aura photography and its many, various derivatives (Aura Video, WinAura) is based on

the understanding of modern technology combined with the information that past

cultures have known for millennia. This includes Kirlian photography, electronic

acupuncture, biofeedback measurements, as well as old healing methods like

acupuncture, acupressure, Ayurveda, and so forth. Using this wealth of knowledge, we

can create technologies that can help us view the colored radiant Aura and allow us to

open up new possibilities of perception for our inner worlds. The method our

technologies use to read ones Aura is known as "Biofeedback", since a physical reading

of one's bio-signs is the main method of an Aura analysis.

Each of our products uses a hand sensor, seen on the image to

the right. A person would put their left (or right) hand onto the hand sensors. This in

turn would allow a particular product to measure the standardized biofeedback

parameter. The hand sensor itself has various contact points on them; these are

connected with certain organs of the body, as well as measure the electromagnetic field

of the user and can thus deliver information about the energetic and auric qualities of

that person. The hand sensor can also measure deviations in temperature, humidity and

static electricity in the environment and the person, allowing for greater precision in

data gathering. These data parameters are then projected as a radiant, colored aura field

around the body onto a computer or television screen. In no time thereafter, a brilliant

color photo or computer printout can be presented to the user.

In short, these kinds of biofeedback probes can pick up your spiritual energy. The

camera can then display this information as a colorful field around your body. The

colors actually reflect your spiritual and auric state.

Research in Aura photography paved the way for advances

in Interactive Aura photography; these techniques share strong similarities due to their

close histories.

Aura photography using the biofeedback sensor, measures your energetic and auric

qualities and exposes that on a single Polaroid photograph. However, this only shows

your aura for your current feelings and emotions, and does not represent subsequent

changes.

Interactive Aura photography, on the other hand, measures and continues to measure

this data in real time. This information is then displayed on a computer or television

screen, allowing us to see live changes in your emotional/mental/spiritual energetic

states as it happens. As the video-feed is being shown, the person and their personal

aura colors may come to considerably large changes and can also show the instability of

ones aura, especially if the emotional state of that person is not in balance. Generally

the aura picture does change with every emotional or mental change of the user; this

enables us to see the kinds of effects that therapy and adjustments of personal vibrations

can have upon ourselves.

Commonly Asked Questions about the Aura Camera and the WinAura Computer

System

How does it work?

These systems use a biofeedback technology. Our Aura Imaging units produce an

electronic interpretation of what we believe the Aura would look like. These systems do

not photograph the actual Aura. There is nothing that exists which can do that. The

camera actually moves through two processes. It takes about 8-10 seconds to take an

aura portrait. In the first 2 seconds the Polaroid camera snaps the portrait. In the

remaining 6-8 seconds the biofeedback apparatus measures the electrical potential

along meridian points of the palm of the hand, then converts that information to an

electrical frequency and displays this as colors and patterns which are shown directlyover the portrait, to show the Aura. The aura photos are often brighter than the aura

seen by many psychics, because we amplify the signal.

Is it accurate?

We have corroboration from many psychics. We have developed the camera so the

colors seen by psychics who see and read auras match. Usually the colors psychics see

are less vivid. They may see more pastel-like colors. We have amplified the colors a bit

so we have clear differentiation between the various frequencies of biofeedback inputs.

Can I use it for diagnosis?

No, our aura Imaging technology is not a medical device. It is designed to be used for

interpreting the level of spiritual energy. It is useful for documentation, and "before"

and "after" photos to show the spiritual energy differences as a result of certain spiritual

energy balancing practices or product use, meditation, etc.

Who decided what the colors mean?

Guy Coggins, the inventor of the biofeedback Aura Imaging, based his color

interpretations on different electrical measurements. Each color has its corresponding

electrical frequency that can be scientifically measured. Coggins conducted extensive

research on these measurements and was further inspired by the writing of Dr. Max

Luscher who has been responsible for many renowned scientific studies on color

preference and personality. He was most famous for his bestselling book The Luscher

Color Test. Dr. Luscher was a contemporary of Sigmund Freud and was very popular

during the late 1960s.

Is the Coggins Aura Camera the only equipment on the market?

No. We do have competition, but all the people who sell competing equipment have all

worked with or hung around Guy Coggins and his equipment at one time. We believe

their technology is far behind ours. Guy Coggins owns the patents on Biofeedback

Video Aura Imaging technology. Over the past thirty years, Aura Imaging has been,

and continues to be, Guy Coggins lifes work.

How do I interpret the photos?

Its very easy. You dont have to be a psychic at all. In fact its better if you givesimpler readings. Our books Aura Awareness and Capturing the Aura describe how to

Has there been scientific research supporting this technology, and the existence of

auras?

Please read "The Rolf Study" in Rosalyn Buyeres Wheels of Life. This study is very

important for you to know about. Basically they used biofeedback technology to

correlate what different psychics reported seeing in subjects Auras while they were

being rolfed or deeply massaged. Rolfing is a deep tissue type of massage. Also Elmer

Can you photograph pets?

Yes, you can with the new Pat Sensor. Until recently, with a standard aura camera,

having a pet owner hold their pet in their lap was the easiest way to do it. It was

actually more of a pet/owner portrait, but was a very popular and easy method to take

the aura photo. However, quite recently, a dog and cat plate, along with the respective

adapters, was developed in our lab. This plate can be attached to a modified aura

camera hand-plate. It should be noted that even the mildest tempered cats are typically

not quite as cooperative when would-be photographers command them to sit as arewell-trained dogs.
