The goal of this solicitation is to invite Space Grant consortia members, specifically all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, to submit proposals to advance the quality, relevance, and overall reach of current and future Artemis student challenges. With the Artemis Mission, NASA will land the first woman and next man on the Moon by 2024, using innovative technologies to explore more of the lunar surface than ever before. NASA’s OSTEM seeks innovative proposals that will provide foundational learning opportunities to prepare an unprecedented number of undergraduate/graduate students to learn and engage in Artemis-focused challenges that align with the technology needs of the Artemis Mission and/or that will provide the Artemis generation new authentic, high-quality student challenge experiences. Kaggle.com | Open Data Research Grant

Researchers are an important part of Kaggle's communityand we want to expand our support for them through thefirst ever Kaggle Open Data Research Grant. Graduatestudents, PhD candidates, research scientists, post-doctoral fellows, and faculty at accredited universities areall invited to apply for a Kaggle Open Data Research Grant(subject to the Terms). Researchers who receive a grantwill be required to host their data and code on Kaggle whenthey publish their work.

This grant is designed to help facilitate individual research projects which will be publishedin the next six months of the grant being awarded rather than supporting a broaderresearch program. The application will close on January 9, 2020 11:59 PM PST.

FSU: Master’s in Four (MI4) Competition

The Graduate School’s Master’s in Four (MI4) Competition is coming up!

Master's students who have earned 18 hours of graduate coursework toward the degreemay compete in the Master's in 4 Competition during which they have four minutes, andfour slides, for them to explain their research to a diverse audience. The preliminary rounds of the competition will be held January 27th - Jan 31st , on thethird floor of the Honors, Scholars and Fellows House in room 3009. The Honors,Scholars, and Fellows House is located at 127 Honors Way.
