WARRANTY

Firstly, not all finishes are created equal. Some finishes are designed to retain their original lustre

for years; others are created to age and patina over time.

Whichever Castella finish you have chosen you can be certain it will add beauty to your home

for years to come if you take a little time to care for them.

All finishes should be regularly cleaned with a mild soapy water solution and a soft cloth and wiped dry. To further enhance and protect the finish a non-abrasive furniture grade polish (eg Mr Sheen) can be applied and buffed with a soft

dry cloth.

Never use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on your Castella handles. This may void your

warranty.

Stainless steel products will require special care as, depending on the environment they are in, they may develop ‘tea staining’ over time. It is not a fault of the base material or the finish; rather an indication the surface has become

contaminated and left uncleaned. If your Castella product has become heavily stained and normal

cleaning processes do not restore the finish, please contact us for advice on correct

procedure to clean.

CARING FOR YOUR CASTELLA HARDWARE

All Castella knobs and handles carry a

Lifetime Warranty.

We will happily replace any item if the finish has

broken down where adequate care has been

taken in cleaning the item.
