Conclusion
Inter-professional collaborative practice is a beneficial
approach in health care services. It can facilitate a safe,
efficient and effective health care delivery.
Interdisciplinary collaboration as a practice norm is rare,
it needs commitment.
The health care professional as team members as well
as organization.
It should be started with Interprofessional education in
the pre-service stage.
Focus on the improvement of the enabler and minimize
the barriers for the implementation.
