12:30 pm: Two, 56-passenger motorcoaches arrive for loading at Coldwater High School, 310 N. Second Street, Coldwater, OH.
1:00 pm: Depart to Orlando, Florida via first class, restroom/DVD/WiFi equipped,climate controlled BARONS BUS motorcoaches with seat belts andreclining seats. www.baronsbus.com Note: Electrical outlets are located throughout the motorcoach. WiFi connectivity is best if limited to8-10 persons at a time, and connectivity is not guaranteed in all areas of travel.
Rest and meal stops en route at the band director’s discretion.

Your Universal Studios pass has been upgraded to a park hopper pass to allow you to visit both parks.
Motorcoach drivers must have 9 hours off upon arrival in Florida.

Upgrade the tour package to include a Disney Performing Arts “You’re Instrumental” Workshop.
Students will record Disney music selections as a professional studio musician after their Disney Teaching Artisthas worked with them on sight-reading, expressiveness, intonation and balance during their 2½-hour
workshop. The cost for 2019 is unknown at this time. For reference purposes, the 2018 price is $34.00 perperson. Ask your Tour Consultant for more details.
Late afternoon: Enjoy shopping and dinner on your own at Disney Springs Explore the shops and unique boutiques; choose from an array of dining choices; and enjoy livelyentertainment in this fun-filled, recently renovated and expanded area.
Depart to Universal CityWalk
8:30 pm: Meet at the Sharp AQUOS Theatre (located between Hard Rock Café and
the Universal Studios Florida main entrance).®
9:00 pm: Enjoy BLUE MAN GROUP .The show features three enigmatic bald and blue characters who take the audience through a multi-sensory experience that combines theatre, percussive music, art, science, and vaudeville into a formof entertainment that is like nothing else.
11:00 pm: Show ends. Exit the theatre and proceed to the motorcoach parking.

Thursday, April 18, 2019 (Magic Kingdom / Performance Day)
7:00-9:30 am: Enjoy BREAKFAST at your leisure
Because of the motorcoach drivers’ hours and the late arrival at the hotel the previous evening, this morning’sdeparture to Magic Kingdom may be delayed until 10:00 a.m.
10:00 am: Depart to MAGIC KINGDOM PARK.®

12:30 pm: Motorcoach(es) with band instruments and uniforms arrive(s) at ParkThree Security Gate at Magic Kingdom Park where a Security Host®
will assist with further directions to Disney Performing Arts.
1:00 pm: Band students and directors meet your Disney talent coordinator at The Windmill located near the Frontierland Parade Gate to the left ofSplash Mountain to proceed backstage.
The backstage area of Magic Kingdom includes an area where the band may be photographed
by someone in your group in full uniform prior to the performance.
2:30 pm: Disney Performing Arts OnStage PERFORMANCE by the Coldwater HighSchool Marching Band in the “Disney Festival of Fantasy” Pre-ParadeShowcase your marching band’s talent before an international audience during this performance.
Chaperones: Be sure to line the parade route along Main Street tosupport the students.
After the parade, return instruments and uniforms to motorcoaches. Re-enter Magic Kingdom Park.®
9:15 pm: Enjoy Happily Ever After, a grand finale to your Magic Kingdom day with the newest and
most spectacular fireworks show in the park’s history! Show length: 18 minutes
10:00 pm: Park closes. Exit the park and proceed to the motorcoach parking area.
Load motorcoaches and depart to your hotel.

Friday, April 19, 2019 (EPCOT / Depart for Home)

related transfers today, if applicable, and the charges will be billed separately on the Final Statement.
9:00 pm: Enjoy IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, a spectacular extravaganza over World
Showcase Lagoon, bursting with lights, lasers, fireworks and magnificent music.Show length: 12 minutes
After Illuminations, exit the park and proceed to the motorcoach parkingarea to load motorcoaches.
10:00 pm: Depart for home.
