Cold-Rolled Hard Drawn Wire

Cold-rolled hard drawn wire either smooth or deformed, is manufactured in coils or straightened and cut to length and is available in diameters ranging from 1.6 mm Ø to 12 mm Ø. Wire produced from 4 mm Ø and larger complies to SANS 1024:2012 and BS 4482 requirements. The proof stress of the wire is at least 485 MPa with an ultimate tensile strength of 510 MPa. Light gauge wire is manufactured to BS 1052 requirements.

Binding WireBlack annealed binding wire is available in diameters of 1.6 mm Ø to 4.0 mm Ø in 50 kg coils.
