The bushes coming from the forging UNIT 2, are automatically processed by a finishing machine specifically designed getting the products ready for the application as insert on the battery’s lid, after a 7 operation’s cycle.

OPERATION 1: PRESS UNLOADING• Collection system for the posts unloaded from the press• Elevator and canalization of the posts• Linear vibrating system for automatic feeding

OPERATION 2: BUSHES FEEDING• Automatic feeding of 2 bushes a time to the rotating table 

OPERATION 3: BUSHES LOADING ON THE ROTATING TABLE• Picking and placing• Double clamping designed for each bush type (in total 2 different types) 

OPERATION 4: ROUGH CUTTING• Rough cutting by motorized blades

OPERATION 5: FINISHING CUTTING• Finishing cutting by motorized blades

OPERATION 6: CUT BUSHES BRUSHING• Cleaning by motorized brushing  

OPERATION 7: PROCESSED BUSHES UNLOADING• Finished bushes unloading and driving on the collection pipe
