Cohere’s core infrastructure is housed within three strategic, high availability co-location facilities located at 32 Avenue of the Americas (NYC), 151 Front Street (Toronto) and 350 East Cermak (Chicago). Our soft-switch in NYC is carrier grade and has 45 days of generator backup in the instance of a disaster. As of June 2011, Cohere virtualized its mission critical voice services in a second hardened data center ensuring full geographic redundancy on separate power grids (350 East Cermak Chicago).
