    Principal’s Report

It has been another quiet week on the school front.

There were no sporting events this week, though we

congratulate our students who participated in at the regional

    swimming carnival last week.

Year 5 and 6 students ventured to the high school this week to

take part in science experiments using circuits and electricity.

Thankfully they all returned to us in one piece, and saying

how much they enjoyed the opportunity to work in the labs.

Year 3 and 4 students participated in a Healthy Soils Healthy

Farms workshop this week looking at how important soil

management and conservation is to the overall health of the

    environment.

To maintain a high standard of teaching and learning our As-

sistant Principals are working again this week with teaching

staff to conduct lesson observations and offer support around

teaching and learning programs. It is a credit to our staff how

willing they are to work with their line managers, and peers,

    to improve their professional practice.
