Life Before Coaching
Prior to moving into coaching, Kevin held a variety of international leadership positions at Chase Manhattan Bank and CIBC World Markets. He is known for his natural listening and rapport-building skills, business acumen, and focus on results. His affiliative coaching style helps him to build high-performance teams, and to get things done across cultures.
More About Kevin
Kevin grew up in Minnesota, the fourth of eight children. At 16, he took his first trip outside of the US to Mexico, and since then has been interested in all things international. Kevin lives in London. He is dedicated to developing leadership effectiveness in all walks of life and offers coaching to emerging leaders in nonprofit organisations such as Save the Children and the Social Business Trust.
