CORE POSITIONS (1) Recruitment Head 1 is in charge of the formal video and the Presidents’/EB photo shoots. His responsibilities include:

• Coming up with at least two (2) concepts/storyboard proposals • Canvassing for reputable but affordable video producers and photography

studios • Attending to the logistics of the shoot itself (e.g. OAS reservations, materials,

et al.) • Aiding PR Head in launching the video and photo shoot products

et al.) • Helping promote attendance to the shoot • Aiding PR Head in launching the video

CORE POSITIONS (3) Creatives Head is in charge of editing the things that are outside the scope of the hired producers. These include:

• Elements of social media pages (e.g. display pictures, background, et al.) • Facebook albums to showcase the presidents / BC organizations / EB

(4) Finally, the Public Relations Head is in charge of ensuring that the efforts of the three heads that have been mentioned are actually disseminated well. He must:

• Manage and post interesting content through the BC social media accounts • Increase followership for these accounts significantly
