PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Defense Intelligence Agency – Quantico, VA Sept 2016 - Present Counterintelligence Officer/SAP Security Officer Work directly for SAP Program Security Manager and Program Managers to support OFCO operations.

♦ Perform the responsibilities of a Program Security Officer (PSO)/ SAP Security Specialist who will provide senior level Special Access Program (SAP) security support in the Department of Defense (DOD) Offensive Counterintelligence Operations (OFCO) Program Security Manager

Marine Corps, Naval Support Facility (NSF) – Arlington, VA June 2015 - July 2016

Naval Intelligence Activity (NIA-SSO) Physical Security Professional Serves as Marine Liaison to SSO Navy and supervises the lifecycle of over 700 Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) on fixed facilities, vessels, submarines and aircraft.

♦ Serves as Navy intelligence community (IC) representative at meetings led by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI)

♦ Through implementing secure and effective SCIFs, saved they Navy over $4M ♦ Assists in accreditations and administrative actions for Special Access Programs. ♦ Conducts Liaison in support of Co-Use Agreements to limit the amount of SCIFs globally. ♦ Reviewed over 20 thousand SCIF related messages ensuring all internal/external databases (SASO) are updated as well as ensuring

Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) Operations Chief / Physical Security Professional Directly supervised 32 personnel to include training, counseling, and personal and professional mentorship.

♦ Ensured the successful, cooperative efforts of over 30 Marines, Civilians and Contractors while personally resolving over 600 incidents, 20 of which were mission critical support after hours.

♦ Successfully sustained accountability of over 400 classified items/EKMS material and managed over 150 SIPR Tokens as the organizations SIPR Accounts Trusted Agent.

♦ Served as Microsoft Team Lead and provided liaison between Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) and Operating Forces for Microsoft Support in association with the Microsoft Premier contract.

♦ Appointed supervisor in charge of forward deployed C4I team visits, providing technical support and training worldwide. ♦ Named Physical Security Representative, monitoring CCTV, preventative maintenance of fire and intrusion detection systems

Intelligence and Security Chief Served as Chief Intelligence Representative in charge of the Fallujah Iraq area of operations.

♦ Managed collection efforts with the support of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), as well as theater level collection assets in order to capture high risk targets.
