INFORMATION FOR DELEGATESThe locations of various convention departments will beannounced or posted as needed. The information may alsobe obtained through the Attendant and Information de-partments.

ADMINISTRATIONThis office is responsible for the oversight of the entire con-vention arrangement.

ANNOUNCEMENTSNeither the chairman nor anyone else will make person-al announcements or convey greetings from individualsor congregations over the sound system. Its purpose is tobroadcast the convention program and information perti-nent to the functioning of the convention.

ATTENDANTSThe attendants are assigned to assist you. Please cooper-ate fully with them by following their direction with

regard to parking, crowd control, seat saving, and othermatters.

BAPTISMCandidates for baptism should be assembled in the re-served section before the discourse on baptism begins onSaturday morning. Each one should bring a towel and amodest bathing suit. Reserved seats for baptism candidateswill be on the main floor in front of the stage. Any ex-ceptions to this will be announced in advance and will beknown by the attendants as well as the Information Depart-ment.

BETHEL SERVICEBaptized publishers 35 years of age and under who are le-gal residents and are interested in serving at Bethel shouldplan to attend the meeting for Bethel applicants on Fridayafternoon. The exact location and time for this meeting willbe announced in advance.

BIBLE SCHOOL FOR CHRISTIAN COUPLESMarried pioneer couples between the ages of 25 and 50who are interested in expanding their ministry are invitedto attend the meeting for applicants for the Bible School forChristian Couples on Sunday afternoon. The exact locationand time for this meeting will be announced in advance.

BOOK ROOMThis department cares for dispensing all literature items,including any new publications released at the convention.

CHAIRMANThe chairman cares for matters pertaining to the conven-tion program and program participants.

CONTRIBUTIONSAt considerable expense, arrangements have been made toprovide adequate seating, a sound system, and many otherservices that make it enjoyable to attend the conventionand help us to draw closer to Jehovah. Your voluntary con-tributions help to cover these expenses and also supportthe worldwide work. For your convenience, clearly markedcontribution boxes are located throughout the facility. Allcontributions are very much appreciated. The GoverningBody wishes to thank you for your generous support ofKingdom interests.

FIRST AIDPlease bear in mind that this is for EMERGENCIES ONLY.

LOST AND FOUND AND CHECKROOMAll found articles should be taken to the Lost and FoundDepartment. If you have lost anything, go to this depart-ment and identify your belongings. Children who havestrayed fromparents and are lost should be taken to this de-partment. However, it is not to be viewed as a nursery.Please look after your children, and keep them with you.

SEATINGPlease be considerate of others. Remember, seats may besaved only for those traveling with you in the same vehicle,living with you in the same home, or currently studying theBible with you. Please do not store things on seats that youare not saving. Your cooperation in this regard will allowothers to see that those seats are available.

VOLUNTEER SERVICEIf you wish to volunteer to assist with the work involved inthe convention arrangement, please report to this depart-ment and you will be directed to where help is needed.
