Our international R & D team is consists of domestic senior technical staffs and European experts. We

LINE
A. Typical Layout
In continuous production line, the Slipformer works on the matched platform(suitable length between 120-150 meters)
to finish production .
Slipformer likes a mobile mold moves on the platform to produce PC components by batching, extruding, vibrating,
smoothing etc. and keeps the components in one shape.
This production is continuous and without breaking off. The pretensioned steel can be released after the concrete
hardened. Then cut the components in different lengths by the synthetic diamond saw blade on the cutting machine.

● Slipformer, full name is slip type precast concrete forming machine, which adopts the most advanced technology
in the world and has forty years’ history in Europe. Our company hired a Italian engineers team, after years of
research and practice, successful integrate multi-function into one machine. To enable products to reach world-
class level, the device is produced strictly in accordance with European standards. Many of its core components
are imported, such as, electrical components are from Siemens or Schneider, vibrator from Italy, key bearing
from SKF of Sweden and NTN of Japan etc. The slipformer moves on the production platform, continuous
vibrate and extrude the concrete to form shapes and reach high dense, finally different components are put out.
The molds can be customized in different specifications according to customer demand, to achieve superior
performance of diverse production.
● The device consists of:
Movement System --- Powered by electricity; Travel speed adjusted by inverter;
Molding System--- Changing different molds to produce various types of prefabricated components;
Feeding System --- Store and supply concrete for the equipment.
● Advantages: With its unique design, just by replacing difference molds, the slipformer can produce different
prefabricated components. This technology makes the production of different types of prefabricated components
easier and more efficient and reduce the investment to lowest. In one platform, hollow core slabs, solid panels,
wall panels, T-beams, double T panels etc. can all be produced.

4. Lifting Devices
In the production, several steps require lifting and transporting.
In the precast plant, the finished components need to be transfered to stockpile area to empty the production platform; it also
needs lifting devices to load the components on trucks before sending to the construction site.
At the construction site, lifting devices are required for removing PC components from the trucks, installation and assembling.
The lifting equipment must be suitable for lifting PC components to ensure the production and construction safety.
Important requirements on concrete batching plant
• Productivity meets the demand of PC plant
• Precise dosing on solid materials(sand, gravel, cement). Use high precision dosing system to accurately detect the
weight of ingredients (measuring volume is inaccurate)
• Precise dosing water. It is very important for producing semi-dry concrete. This requires consideration of the ingredients,
particularly sand, can maintain a lot of water. In this case, the theoretical amount of water requirement needs to be
drastically reduced. The solution is to configure all sand hoppers with humidity sensor, so does the mixer. To detect the
actual moisture in concrete, make adjustments in real-time production and add water if necessary.
• Efficient mixing process. Typically, a planetary mixer is preferable. Especially for mixing concrete with low ratio of water /
cement.
6. Batching Plant
Concrete needs to be transported from concrete mixing plant to the production line. There are several
possible solutions, contain from the simplest, most economical way to the high cost and complexity way.
Options depend on:
• The size and capacity of the precast concrete plant.
• Precast concrete plant layout: is batching plant away from the production line? How many industrial
buildings to accommodate the production equipment? They are composed by how many workshops?
• Technical or logistical constraints: available spaces of concrete equipment, such as height under the
crane and the height and the position of the concrete mixer.
• Technology requirement of the precast concrete plant. Such as the precast concrete continuous
production line needs constant delivery of concrete to the production equipment and the platform of
concrete sometimes up to 150 meters long.
• Different products require different techniques, such as using semi-dry concrete and fluid concrete
for production, the delivery device they need are entirely different.
• Economic reasons: generally, the factory purchase a few machines at the beginning for saving
investment. As the business grew, the production is expanded, then procure more equipment on
transportation.
7. Concrete Delivery System
1) Simple delivery system:
Includes a hopper conveyed by a hoist.
Suitable for production line that not far
away from the batching plant.
If possible, using two hoppers will
optimize the delivery of concrete. Because
in this way, when one hopper is discharging,
another is loading, when the first complete
pouring, another is ready to pour. With one
hoist can complete the entire work cycle.
2) Enhanced delivery system:
Use hopper to move concrete to placing device. Then the placing device deliver the concrete to forming
machine(slipformer).
The placing device follows the movement of forming machine in the continuous production.

Can be placed in both ends of each platform:
● Stretching rebar before forming in the tensioning ends
● Loosing the rebar when strength of concrete reaches certain level in the releasing ends
8. Stressing System
Group tensioning system
Single
Two ways for rebar(steel strand, single rebar etc.) tensioning: group tensioning and single tensioning.
Single tensioning is more common, which ensures greater accuracy as each strand is set to the same tensile strain.
Group
In natural conditions (20 ° C), concrete curing is slow. It takes
28 days to reach the final design strength (see right chart). In
this case, the PC components can’t be delivered to the
construction sites in time and bear the actual work load.
We could bring forward the production schedule, but the time
could be still pressing if the temperature is low.
The concrete strength must meets the standard before
prestress transfer. Otherwise concrete will break and steel
retraction will reduce the prestress force.
But with 24 hours, our accelerated concrete curing system
allows the compressive strength reach 60% of strength of
natural curing 28 days.
Take hollow core slab for example: generally, the strength is
near 55Mpa in natural curing for 28 days. If we lay the
components on the platform after production, covered them
with plastic film to keep the internal humidity, heat the platform
within 12 to 14 hours, can make the component strength
reach 60% of the strength of natural curing conditions for 28
days.
