The draft RFP will clearly list the functional and technical requirements to ensure each vendor response will be complete and comparable. A demonstration script will be developed addressing the functional requirements according to realistic work place scenarios. By requiring a scripted demonstration each package can be evaluated fairly and accurately on the functionality and user requirements.
