File Formats 1. All files must be submitted as 300 dpi, CMYK files with all fonts embedded. 2. Ads should be set up for four-color process printing; 300 dpi for CMYK and
600 dpi for grayscale/line art. 3. Submit ads in PDF X-1a format with high resolution (300 dpi) images, and
all fonts and links embedded. IMPORTANT NOTE: Native files (i.e. InDesign, QuarkExpress, and Illustrator) will NOT be accepted. ADDITIONAL DONATION OPPORTUNITIES:
In addition to these Sponsorship opportunities, Companies have the following options to make direct donations:
1. Making a donation to the New England Chapter 100% of which will go towards the local scholarships.
2. Make a charitable donation to the National CMAA Foundation that provides scholarships on the national level.
3. A final opportunity could be the establishment of a charitable trust that would fund a single scholarship.
