The Manor with its soaring ceiling and exposed timber trusses create the perfect setting for any reception. The room provides uninterrupted views of the Menangle hills, with floor to ceiling glass windows and is the perfect décor that will compliment any style that a Bride could dream of. The surrounding balcony overlooks our beautifully curated gardens that is a picturesque location for pre-dinner drinks and canapes and will be the perfect backdrop for any event. The Manor is equipped with state-of-the-art technology including its own lighting and various audio-visual capabilities for your guests enjoyment. The Manor also comes with it’s own bridal hideaway, the Green Room, which allows you to appreciate those first few moments of being married.

Our historic Rose Garden has been the setting for many weddings in the Macarthur Region. Either for intimate elopements or the start of an extravagant affair, our Rose garden is the perfect versatile location for any wedding couple. With impeccably curated gardens and landscapes, the Menangle Country Club property is a delight to wander through. 1. Function Areas • See your function coordinator for minimum spend of each area. Minimum spend can vary due to high demand periods. If minimum spend is not achieved full payment is still required up to this amount.

2. TimingPlease confirm start times with your consultant. A surcharge of $2.50 per person per 1/2 hour is payable for overtime after the 5 hour allocation unless your consultant has confirmed alternate timings.

3. LiabilityClub Menangle will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to any property left at Club Menangle prior, during or after the event.

The client will be liable for, and will bear in full, all costs for any damage to Club Menangle property.

4. DepositTo confirm your booking, a signed booking conditions form must be received together with the following deposit monies: • 10% of your total is due to confirm your booking • Up to 50% is due 3 months prior to your event - unless specified by your coordinator. • 30 days prior to your event fully paid.

5. CancellationOnce your deposit is paid your deposit is non-refundablea) Notice of less than (3) months prior to the event all deposit monies will be retained and a further cancellation of $250 applies

b) Notice of less than 30 days prior to the event a fee of 40% of the estimated loss of catering revenue is payable.

c) Notice of less than two working weeks (10 days) prior to the event the organiser on demand of Club Menangle pays the FULL AMOUNT for the total loss of catering revenue.

6. PricingEvery endeavour is made to maintain prices as printed, however prices are subject to change without notice. Menus are subject to change according to seasonal product availability.

7. Food & BeverageClub Menangle’s Policy does not allow Food & Beverages to be brought onto the premises for consumption.

8. Final Details

One month prior to event or earlier event details to be finalised:a) Menu Selections & Timing for Event

b) Beverages - cash bar facility/dry till/ packagec) Table plan including chair cover and sash choice or area will be set standard with black covers to the numbers given.

Thirty (30) working days prior to the event final numbers are to be provided by contacting the function coordinator. Numbers may increase, not decrease.

Thirty (30) working days prior to the event, full payment of the function is required or the Function Centre may cancel the event.

9. PaymentClub Menangle accepts Cash, Credit Cards, Direct Deposits and Cheques as payment of deposit and final payments:
