TEACHING TEAM Club Happy Hall is led by experienced teachers who maintain a safe and creative environment where children develop new skills and positive attitudes towards learning. Our staff is spirited, fun loving and always supportive of individual children’s needs. They are educated in Child Development and are trained in CPR and First Aid. Our low teacher-to-child ratios exceed those required by the State of California.

HOMEWORK SUPPORT Club Happy Hall provides a one-hour homework period Monday-Thursday in a designated space within the classroom. We also provide basic homework materials. Club teachers communicate with children’s school teachers regarding their academic needs. Our goal is to keep children focused and productive.

ACADEMIC & ENRICHMENT ACTIVITIES Children continue their learning experience after school as they participate in organized sports, fitness, creative arts, reading, and science activities. All activities emphasize academic enrichment, character development and hands-on learning of valuable life skills, including cooperation, flexibility and mutual respect.

HEARTY SNACKS Each day children enjoy a nutritious and hearty snack to help them stay focused and energized. Snack time is also a great opportunity to reinforce good manners, learn about nutrition and food preparation, try new foods, and talk about the days events.

SCHOOL CLOSURES When El Crystal is closed during winter, spring and summer break and Columbus Day, Club Happy Hall offers full-day camps. Camps are comprised of skill-based workshops featuring science, creative arts and movement that capture the curiosity and energy of our campers. There is an additional fee to attend camp days.

Camp Days Fall Day: 10/10 Winter: 12/19-31 (closed 12/25-26 & 1/1-2) Spring: 3/30-4/6 Summer: 6/15 for 10 weeks

Note: Club Happy Hall is closed on 2/13 and camp dates are subject to change based on enrollment.

Club Happy Hall is open every day that El Crystal School is open and tuition includes attendance on your scheduled days. There is no extra charge to attend Club Happy Hall on the approximately 50 days of early dismissals, minimum days, and parent conferences that fall within your schedule.

Tuition: Nine equal payments for months September through May. June is prorated.

Registration Fee: An annual registration fee of $100 is due prior to admission and is not refundable.

Limited Schedule: A limited schedule of up to six (6) hours per week is $215 per month. Early dismissals, minimum days, and parent conferences are not included in this schedule.

Sibling Discount: A second child receives an annual registration fee discount of $50 and a monthly tuition discount of $25. A third child receives free annual registration and a monthly tuition discount of $50. Each child must be enrolled at least 10 hours per week to qualify for the monthly tuition discount.

Referral Discount: Refer a new family and receive a $100 tuition credit. Ask your director for details.
