Join us as we honor the 4-H leaders who have touched the lives of so many Richland
County 4-H members during this past year. We will also be recognizing outstanding 4
-H members. See pages 9-11 of this newsletter to nominate a 4-H member, 4-H lead-
er or community volunteer.
During the annual banquet, we will also be electing new board members for the 4-H
Leaders Association. See page 10 of this newsletter for information about how you
can nominate a parent or older 4-H member from your club.

Silent Auction
Don’t miss the silent auction during the 4-H Recognition Ban-
quet! 4-H clubs donate themed baskets for the auction. The
money raised will be used for the 4-H scholarship fund. 4-H
families are welcome to donate items for the auction too!

Actively participate in monthly meetings
(3rd Monday, 7:00 p.m. at the
Richland County Extension Office)
Be a liaison between your 4-H club,

Leaders Association.
Assist with countywide 4-H activities
(Recognition Banquet, Club Officer
Workshop, 4-H Open House)
