At midnight on August 31, 4hOnline will roll over its data for the new 4-H year. Beginning in September members can begin re-enrolling. If you have new members joining your club this year, have them wait until after the rollover to enroll.
Do try to have your enrollment completed by November 15 at the latest. Important information about weigh-ins, project workshops, etc. may be sent out, and if you are not on the list you might miss some opportunities.

County Awards
Once your 4-H records are complete, why not get
recognized for all your hard work and apply for
county recognition? Applications for county recog-
nition are due to the Extension Office by October
1st.. Several awards are not given out because
no one applies for them! Please consider ap-
plying for county recognition. If you are nerv-
ous about the interview, think of it as visiting
with a judge at the fair or as another opportuni-
ty to practice your interview skills.

Master Gardener Training
Muscatine County will be holding Master Gardener Training for 2019. Join us! Who are Master Gardeners? Master Gardeners come from a variety of backgrounds. They are passionate about serving their communities and sharing gardening best practices. Master Gardeners are individuals who have taken the Master Gardener training and share their time and expertise as volunteers in community gardens, city beautification projects, and farmers markets to name a few. It is the acquisition of knowledge, the skill in gardening, and giving back to the community that distinguishes a Master Gardener from other gardeners.
