measurement process so that they can hire ualified and s&illed employees! Consideration of ethical
issues is an essential component of providing care within the nurse-client relationship! s a result
CGHCG develops their own ethics framewor& and teaches all its employees about the importance of it!
'o have a better understanding and connection the company use daily phone calls and wee&ly meeting!

lthough CGHC has excelled in their industry by staying true to their core values of ethics, teamwor&
and innovation, the company needs to focus on maintaining and enhancing their current corporate culture
by implementing appropriate management techniues! Clerici has created an understanding throughout
the company that all employees share mutual goals and a strong sense of trust has been established by
giving employees the freedom to problem solve on their own! 3n order to maintain this strong corporate
culture, the company needs to put more emphasis on training employees in the importance of maintaining
this culture, as well as ensuring that core values are being followed throughout their regular chec&-ups
and monthly meetings! 4rogress reports need to be filed that pertains to the company5s core values, rather
than basic performance measures within their field of wor&! nsuring that all employees have a sense of
trust, mutual understanding, and shared values are of utmost importance to CGHC as a company, since
these are the values that the company was built on that allowed them to succeed in such a stressful
industry! nsuring that cooperation and coherence with these issues are being followed throughout the
company is an important issue that is not being addressed! Clerici needs to find a way to ensure that these
values are being followed while still maintaining the trust of employees and giving them freedom to ma&e
decisions on their own!
