-Served as the Information Assurance Manager (IAM) and Network Administrator for my organization of 582 employees.
-While serving as the Information Assurance Manager insured my organization met all DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) and The Department of Defense Information Technology Security Certifications AND Accreditation Process (DITSCAP).
-Successful administered a Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7 environment, managing and completed group policy active directory, exchange accounts and, software compatibility tickets.
- Was instrumental in helping User’s being issued PKI tokens as well as user’s getting their SIPR accounts created.

- Worked as a part of an IT department to support a 3500 employee organization’s account creations and deletions, SharePoint, network storage permissions, and as well worked to meet the organization’s leader’s intent for communication support.
- Built out a Windows Server 2008 network with VMWARE virtualization software, Microsoft exchange server 2008, Microsoft 2008 SharePoint, and Cisco based network storage services for use during the organization’s upcoming overseas deployment.
- Solved the organization’s back log of computers needing to be imaged, by implementing and configuring a cisco 24 port switch to replace using a single network port per computer.
- Worked as part of the organizations Information Assurance branch to properly respond to Information Assurance violations and assess the results.
- Worked at Fort Hood Network Enterprise Center (NEC) in server management branch (SMB) for a six month assignment. While working for SMB helped bring online new print and exchange servers as well as work with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to push out operating system patches and group policy updates to a network support in excess of 53,000 employees.
