Over 23 years of his career Kiranincubated and grew business across the globe and nurtured successful partnerships. Most recentlywith Tech Mahindra he was the Vice President & Group Head responsible for a $ 200 M IMS businessacross Europe, APAC & MEA regions. Formerly, Kiran worked with HCLT for about 15 years, played keyleadership roles as Head of Marketing + P & A, SBU/Center Head, Global Practice Director, GM & BUHead etc, handled large teams. Kiran is active in IT Industry forums, he was the former Vice Presidentof IT Industry body ITsAP, Regional Council member of NASSCOM and Now he is a Special Invitee andMC member of HYSEA. Active speaker and CSR member appeared in national, regional Print andElectronic media. As MD & CEO of TechEra, Kiran is responsible for the Strategic Direction and ClientEngagement & BD. Kiran did his B Tech from KLU & DBM form ICFAI.

An accomplished Delivery & Practice Leader with 25 years of IT Industry experience in his 37 years oflong Career, with Tech Mahindra ( 16 Yrs ) and DRDO Missile Division (21 Yrs). Founder of Tech MPerformance Engineering Practice and was responsible for the practice growth to 500 people strong. Histeams executed projects across verticals around the Globe. With a M Tech in Computer Science fromUniversity of Roorkee ( Now IIT Roorkee ) and M.Sc in Mathematics from OU , Rao is an Avid Lerner &Technology Researcher, published papers in International Seminars and Symposiums. Now he is a BoardMember & Group CTO in TechEra, responsible for steering the APE practice and Technology leadershipacross the group.
